Sending crash reports from IPad/iPhone/iPod Touch
If you experience crashes with any of our apps on your iOS device,
you can help us solve those issues by sending us your crash reports.
These crash reports are stored on your iOS device at the time of the crash.
When you sync your device with iTunes on your Mac or PC, the reports are
copied to your computer in the following folder:
– Apple Mac:
~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/-DEVICE_NAME-
– Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\-USERNAME-\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\-DEVICE_NAME-
– Windows 7 or Windows 8:
C:\Users\-USERNAME-\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\-DEVICE_NAME-
or
%APPDATA%\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\-DEVICE_NAME-
( -USERNAME- is the user’s login name for the computer. -DEVICE_NAME- is the name of the iPod touch or iPhone, for example, “Frank’s iPod”)
The files will start with the name of the application and contain a date stamp. You may also see files named LowMemory-YYYY-MM-DD-HHMMSS
It would help us greatly if you could attach these files to your support ticket.
If you require any assistance with these steps, please do not hesitate to contact us.
